Dear Kevin and the team of Christies Beach Professionals, I have found great difficulty in providing this feedback for 3 months, due to expressing in words correctly. The service you provided, under my personal circumstances at the time I made initial contact. At the time I contacted Kevin, I personally was in a position where I was overwhelmed with a settlement before the federal court. The courts had placed me in a position to immediately see the 2 properties. This included very strict guidelines/timeframes. Kevin and his team accepted this very difficult request. Immediately Kevin took full control of the sales, and eliminated the requirements placed upon me by the courts by, thoroughly understanding the conditions, then taking it upon himself to apply the courts requirements of the sales, and exceed far beyond my expectations, of sales industry standards. The sale of these two properties at the time were an impossible task for me to contemplate.
Kevin, however also realised this and the impact the two sales were personally having on me, with regards to my overall health due to other matters at the time.
By mentioning the above it assists me with providing the following feedback on he ‘Professionals’ service and overall process of the two properties sold.
1. From prior to properties being listed, Kevin went above and beyond with providing professional and honest advice to valid concerns I had. This was not required in the industry, however the time he spent was never rushed or related to financial gain.
2. With his advice as above, it was decided that Kevin would take on the two sales, knowing that he would be facing some difficult issues as mentioned. Kevin approached my circumstances with these particular sales, with no hesitation at all.
3. Kevin immediately began the sales marketing, without any delays or errors under the pressure imposed upon him.
4. Throughout the short duration of the properties selling by Kevin’s experiences, ethics, and professional attitude only. He exceeded his duties, by thorough communication at all times, with consistent updates and progress reports. Kevin also assisted with keeping third parties advised of the progress of sales, which helped me in ways that I can not explain.
5. Kevin achieved well above my high expectations, without me having to request at any time my expectations.
6. Kevin managed to sell the properties using his experience and skills at prices I never expected and in a beyond reasonable time frame.
I do not know how else to explain the positive impact Kevin had in my life at a time that was critical.

I want to pass on my heartfelt thanks for giving my son some hope. You gave him what others had taken away, and that was the belief in himself as a human being.
You supported him without question and helped him through one of the worst times in his life.
You made him feel like he wasn’t a bad person when others convinced him he was unworthy.
I don’t know what else I can say but I believe you came into his life just at the right time as happened to me when my mum passed away in 2015 just around the time (name undisclosed) life change for the worse.
Believe it or not the stress continues but thank you for helping him through the bad times.

We have completed our move in and now very happy.
Helen and I were very pleased with the way you dealt with the whole process of selling out house. As you may remember we had been there for 42 years from a bare block of land, and never done anything like this before.
We were constantly getting letter drops from real estate people looking for business. We invited one to appraise our house. His estimate and advice was similar to yours, his approach was not quite as friendly as your team.
As selling had a very high fear factor for us, we asked our friends who had sold their homes, it was from their experience we made the decision to engage you at Christies Beach Professionals. I have always found word of mouth to be the best way to do business.
Your detailed advice on how to prepare our old property for sale was very good and with your recommendation of Chris Chromb to do the gardening. He did such a good job and we had him come to our new unit to prepare the floor for our garden shed.
You and Tristan presented very friendly and professional from the first meeting.
It was from that first meeting we felt at ease and believed we could reach our goal.
During the sale preparation, it was nice of you, Kevin, to call in from time to time even though Tristan was handling the sale. We thought that was caring as a business Managing Director.
Tristan was very friendly and polite in his dealings with us; he was always available if we wished to contact him. He phones many times to keep us in contact with the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him; every question was answered in detail in a manner we understood. We were impressed in the manner Tristan managed the process to the first open day.
Tristan’s feedback after the first open was detailed with an air of confidence. This made us feel hopeful a sale was a reality, which it was.
Final negotiations during the cooling off period was a bit stressful, but Tristan was always very confident that he could achieve a bit more after the monetary push back caused by some points in the building inspection.
He did achieve a good price and our move to our new place was a reality.
I would like to thank you for the choice of conveyancer. She did a very good job, very friendly and helpful explaining all the processes needed to complete the paper work and money.
She worked nicely with the retirement village management to complete the finance side of moving into the retirement village.
Dealing with the Kevin Barry Professionals was easy and a pleasure.
