Early 2020, we needed to sell the Family home.
We interviewed 2 real estate agents who were both chosen on proximity to the property being sold. We had had no previous contact with either agent.
The Family selected Dean Tripodi from the Professionals Richmond to assist us.
We were impressed with Dean from our initial meeting due to (1) the guidance he offered in preparing the property for sale (2) his attention to detail in understanding our property (3) his willingness to go beyond what might be expected and (4) his overall professionalism.
With input from the Family, a sales strategy was agreed upon and executed.
Several opens were held with detailed feedback provided on each occasion in a timely manner. The campaign concluded with settlement occurring well inside a 90-day time frame.
The signing of a Contract of Sale saw Dean go the extra yard (should I say mile) as not all members of the Family resided in Adelaide.
The Family was appreciative of the efforts of Dean and his Team in a difficult time.

In 1980 and 1981, we purchased two properties on Grange Road, Flinders park and have based our business there for 40 years in which time we undertook significant building changes and improvements. As our industry changed in recent years, we chose to sell the building and downsize our business model. We had engaged Dean Tripodi in previous times to sell a property for us and he exceeded our expectations. So we appointed Dean to sell the Grange Road property and again he exceeded expectations. The building was sold within a couple of weeks and Dean negotiated a deal about continued occupation for us that is exceptional. I would like to give Professionals, especially Graeme Walker, Christies Beach Professionals, a five star review.
The land that I sold, was not an easy piece of land to sell due to restrictions put in place by the local council. Graeme stayed in continuous contact with me and worked so hard to eventually find a buyer that apparently was more than happy to purchase this land. We got there in the end Graeme!
