I have been very happy with the way Sheree showed real interest in the selling of my former lovely home at Seaford, I am very thankful. She was always present for the house openings for sale and punctual too to make sure all was available (keys etc) and occupants vacant. Not gifted in lots of words but most thankful that it was sold promptly and I didn’t miss out on getting into the unit here. Many thanks.

You got the result we wanted with little fuss. Our greatest concern was the welfare of our long term tenant. You looked after her interests as well as our own. We have had a few dealings with you now and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to either a buyer or vendor. Thanks for a great result for us. It wasn’t just a sale for us, we needed our tenants needs looked after and you did that. We are grateful.
