Dear Brian,
Thank you so much for your help in the sale of our house. Your friendly smile and quick work made it so much easier. Within 3 days had photos and on the internet. Also the discretion and quiet way we wanted the sale to go through was dealt with so efficiently. Within 2 weeks was sold and the way we preferred, being able to rent back for 6 months. Having met you before once or twice, there to us was no other choice on who we wanted to handle the sale, which again was done quickly, efficiently, with discretion and a pleasant meeting and discussions each time.

As this was my first house sale I took advice from friends and met three agents before making a decision on who should handle the sale. Kevin Barry from the Professionals at Christies Beach was the last agent I met with, and I instantly knew that I could trust this agent, and I am extremely pleased he handled the sale for me. I explained to Kevin what I hoped for, and he assured me that there was no reason why we should not reach my goal. Kevin handled everything for me and took the hard work and worries off my hands. I would telephone him with a problem or a concern and his reply was always “I can handle that for you.” I am pleased to report that my goal was reached and the sale went through.
